I ve been working with vortex for quiet some time , but since january of this current year 2025 , also talked with the @wil the one responsible for finance , confiremed that the payment will be done , and since exactly 10th of january , not reply , not even the team or the support , so i don t recommend anyone to work with them recently until they fix what they have .

I have been working with this company for several years, and the AM response and payment were very timely before. But recently, they have been delaying a payment and the entire company has not responded to messages. I don't know what happened to them, everyone should be careful, their company's operation may be in trouble. If the manager sees this comment, please contact me and I will delete it.

We worked with Vortex Alpha for over six months and at first everything was fine - they made all their payments on time. But for the last payment from November things got weird.

Wil, the person in charge of payments, confirmed the amount £2061.12 and asked us to request it via Payoneer on January 6th. Since then? Total silence. No replies to my messages and even their teammates in the group chat are being ignored.

At this point, I wouldn’t recommend working with them. Something’s off, and getting paid shouldn’t be this difficult.
