Passionteck(Santo Di Palo) - another scam artist!

We started working with Passionteck in mid July 2016. Their manager Santo was quite responsive, we've signed the IO and started running offers from them. In mid August Passionteck did not confirm our numbers and said that ALL company (50 employees he said) is going for vacation for two weeks (!!!), until August 30th. In the period from 13.07 to 15.08 our revenue was about 8000$. He said that there were no complains so far.
In the beginning of September he started telling that our traffic is not confirmed and that they are negotiating with the advertiser. We were trying to contact him every day, but received answers once per two weeks.
Santo promised to get the final answer in the beginning of October (for July and August traffic). on October 17th!! he said that he's not going to pay for our traffic, and didn't send ANY evidence or reports.

Interesting facts:
- As Santo says - they have about 10K partners and only 50 employees. At the same time we've contacted some of our own partners and the only person they know from Passionteck is Santo himself.

- When I asked to give me the contacts of another manager or his supervisor Santo said that he is "the owner and the founder"

- We were asking for feedback while running the campaigns and it was positive. Still we didn't get a cent from them.

- In August we've stopped our traffic, we didn't want to send it until we get the numbers confirmation. August 22nd he asked me to send traffic:

Funny thing is that Passionteck, that is working with more then 1000 "direct advertisers" couldn't get the feedback on time and moreover asked us to send more traffic.
As for now we've found enough same info on a Linkedin, so beware anther scum network Passiontech and well known scum artist Santo Di Palo,
