terrible network. They just don't pay you the conversions.

They literally STOLE from me, hundreds of dollars of APPROVED conversions!

They even showed me the client report with the approved conversions and they approved us DOUBLE the conversions they had on their system. Even so they still stole from us half of the conversions.

Which means they only paid us 20% of total conversions.

Stay away from these people!.

I recently got approved as a publisher account with mobpartner and after 2 weeks later my account was deactivated without an reasoning. I message them to ask why my account is closed and got no reply. They really do not care about publishers. They have only limited mobile offers on their site.They are just bad network I have ever come a cross. Their customer service is really bad.

Great network to work with and offers have high payouts as compared to other similar networks.

One thing I don't like is they don't have weekly pays and every time I req a payment they pay 3-4 days late...

Poor Network Support i created support ticket on SEPTEMBER 11, 2014 and till now i didn't get any reply even no one is replying on Skype.

I Got Negative experience with this network i had promoted one offer and make 324 transaction and my 322 transaction are refused by Mobpartner. I forward them my report which has proof that my traffic is legal and acceptable. they told me that all transactions are done with one IP so i forward them detail report of every transaction which has mentioned that every transaction is made by different IP, Device, Model. even they do not approve my payment and do not reply my ticket.

I'm member on Mobpartner since 2006 maybe, but first promoted campaign I started maybe in 2010. I total earn $2000 like Publisher for Mobile Sites/Apps. After 14/07/2013 me Impressions and Clicks go drastically down. The last straw when I stopped believing of mobpartner when I received 11/01/2014 (+/-) 30 emails about new transactions (Campaign Opera app). This transactions be created from 24/12/2013 to 30/12/2013 year but on mobpartner page I never see any new transaction from this campaign in this dates. I use pool for my site for better targeting so many campaigns. Big Mobpartner problem in pool are Invalid Clicks (Invalid Clicks mean (Wrong targeting: country, operator, os...). From 01/01/2014 have pools on Mobpartner Invalid Clicks 50/50 and some days I have more Invalid Clicks like normal Clicks. Some users from Hungary sending me emails shaped something like "Why I see ad's which are for US or UK only?". That is all like Publisher for Mobile Sites. Since 01/04/2014 I start second account like Media Buyer (iOS + Android CPI app + CPS targeting). First ad network which I use is BuzzCity - CPI campaign. Clicks from Asian countries are not bad (over 2k) but after 3 days I get only 3 transactions. Second adnetwork I use AdIQuity (CPS campaign). Have good traffic from many countries. I test JAMBA campaign for Germany. After 270 clicks I get first transaction and when I reached 850 clicks I stop campaign because money going really fast down :) . Now I testing mMedia for US/CA territory but looks like very poor network for this region (after 24 hours I get 6940 views / 15 clicks on ad / 0 transactions). So if have some good tips or ideas help me reply on this comment please. Thanks.

Once again, I have had nothing but GREAT experience with Mobpartner. I am not sure what number you are dialing or what customer support rep you are getting but any time I have a question/query/issue, which is rare, they have always had a min of a 24hr return time, many times sooner. They are located in Paris so if you are on a different time zone...expect a short wait. Again, I make a very decent ROI with them and they are honest, and one of the best CPA networks around. If you are not making money with them, then you are doing something wrong and don't understand the mobile industry. It takes time and YES sometimes you lose money. Know your market, split test you product and above all BE NICE to your aff manager!

They used to be the best ads network, however during last several months, they don't answer on emails - got extremely bad support, and don't pay! Just called them, and got rude service by phone.

At first place, this network has the best offer's. But some scenarios are, 1st there support team has a big negative impact of me because they are not replying most of all my support ticket. 2nd Payouts are delayed, they are not paying on time. 3rd they owed me a $$$ also for several months now. Pleased pay me :(

Great network, one thing i don't like about the network is that you can't request more than 500$/month if you are using payapl as a payment method.
Hope they fix this soon, but overall this is one of the greatest mobile cpa netwoks out there :)

Mobpartner are a GREAT network which I enjoy promoting for, Have recently found them and they are giving me some great cash for my traffic. Really pleased! One gripe would be the payment system, it is at times more than net-30 because they review the payments once requested, I think that bigger affiliates should be given a quicker payment system but for the time being I am happy as pie! Brilliant Network which I will continue to use forever!

I joined them some weeks ago, at the start everything was fine than they started declining all my campaigns with no reason. I submitted 2 tickets and sent 2 mails to ask why but never got an answer and now I can't withdraw the money I earned because it's under the payout limit. Very poor support, not a serious company

I have been with Mobpartner since Dec of 2011. I have found that they are one of the most professional and proactive affiliate marketing companies. Their customer support is absolutely amazing and everyone that responds back is quick and precise. I have tried many others but Mobpartner is always the most consistent with payout, offers and information concerning offers.
