Guys you wont believe this but i just heard from a very close friend that Mike Krongel owner of COPEAC , IMM and Intermark media , the notorious SCUMBAG of scumbags too the money he made from us and lied to say he didnt have and put it into his new venture www.ichameleons.com I know this bc my friend who was an affiliate with them ran across this douche with his companies daily deal site. THIS SOB robbed so many people. I am going to post under his name and his new company name chameleons.com ALL over the internet. If you want to stop this guy from doing it to more people like he did to me and others feel free to jump in. You screw people and think your gonna get away with it Krongel I dont think so. Payback

Yes i have sent several emails, They owe me 6k and i know about there lawsuit vs FTC. That is not my problem and they are about to have more issues

Stop wasting your time with there aff managers and ceo contact the owner of all this and demand answers

Copeac either start paying your pubs or stop allowing them to run offers as this is theft. Step up or step out. I understand networks have issues but this is your own fault and it is not very justify to allow people to promote your offers with no attempt to pay them to make up for the fraud Mike Krongel committed.

I did some investigating into grabswag after being ripped off by these cronies and i found out who was behind this scam. GrabSwag.com, is a scam, partnered with a company called IMM Interactive/Copeac which is owned by Mike Krongel, which is a scam affiliate network that sends consumers to these sites via fake news articles and gets paid for it. If you click on one of the fake news sites that they are running below, and in internet explorer use webpage privacy, you will see emediatrack.com, on the privacy, which is owend by IMM Interactive/Copeac ( This is how I found
out who was behind it). IMM Interactive and Mike Krongel has duped consumers out of millions of dollars says the FTC, by running fake news sites, like the one linked below, and they are currently being sued by the FTC, for false advertising and deceptive marketing practices, for using fake news websites like the one linked below. Stay clear of this network as they will milk all your commissions because Mike wanted to screw people out of money and is now trying to make up for it by not paying.

How can their rating remain what it is when they owe so many people so much money...

Unfortunately I have to report a situation that is getting hard to be resolved and I am here alerting all the members in this respected Internet Marketing Forum.
My company is an Copeac affiliate for over 2 years where we have been generated more than 100k in revenue during this period. Unfortunately in the last 60 days we are having serious problems with payments and communications with this network.
We all have financial problems in our business as they might be having but what we really can not understand is the lack of communication and what would motivate a company with this size to adopt this posture with its older affiliates. We´ve tried several contacts but unfortunately the only thing we got were terrible excuses and false promises.
I´ve stopped the traffic last Saturday and, again, no communication has been made until now. I hope this is resolved as soon as possible and will update here once it is done or not done.??
Coming to a public forum was the last thing I wanted to do because I DO believe in talking and communicating as ways to solve problems but taking into consideration all I have seen so far it might be the only way to get through to them as other methods of communication were mostly ignored.

I have been trying to contact Copeac since July. I have tried to get a response from anyone and everyone I could get a hold of. And get this:
All I wanted was assistance to log in! Rumor has it that this sad company is either dead or dying and you should no longer trust them to pay.
I mean, guys, why treat me this way? After years of service! This is really
sad!

What happened with copeac ? Still waiting for my check from July.... AM simply ignoring me, replying once a week with some childish explanations.... is anybody else has same problems ?

Never received a check from Copeac.
When i was driving traffic to them they use to mail me daily..
but now when ever i ask them about my check they never reply me..

What happened to Copeac! Their new interface sucks and either conversions are being dropped or lead shaving has become more prominent now that they own the source code for their tracking system

Sorry to see such a once great network go down in flames. Stay away!

This is one of my favorite networks. They know the industry and know the business. The managers helped me a lot whenever I asked them something. Payment has been on time and I have never had any issues with them thus far. I give Copeac an A++.
