Berkshire CBD does not accept PPC affiliates. 2.) Berkshire CBD does not encourage, condone, or endorse any medical claims. Any affiliate caught making any medical claims will have their accounts flagged and risk being permanently removed from the affiliate program 3.) We prefer affiliates with websites/blogs, however affiliates with a strong social media presence will be considered as well (Facebook, Instagram, etc). Please include your website or a social media URL in your application. 4.) All Berkshire CBD affiliates must be at least 18 years of age. All Berkshire CBD affiliates agree not to directly or indirectly promote Berkshire CBD products to any persons under 18. 5.) At present, the Berkshire CBD affiliate program is open to affiliates operating in the United States. Different countries have differing laws regarding the sale of CBD hemp flower.
