Avazu Private Exchange

Avoid at all cost! Everything is okay until you request a payment! They will ghost you and no matter how many emails you send asking for your payment you won't get an answer.

The offers of Avazu converts poorly. I joined Avazu as an affiliate last year and tried promoting their CPI offers. Most of their CPI offers inventories are old with non functional links that redirect you to other offers. I spent lots of money promoting their offers and finally took a decision to stop promoting their offers. Sometime in February 2018, I sent a mail to Avazu informing them to close my account and pay the balance on my account. To date, Avazu has not responded to my mail. I even engage my account manager (Jack Ma) via skype severally requesting for the balance of $382 on my account to be paid. It is interesting to note that on the 28th of Feb 2018, my account Manager actually said that "if you couldn't reach 500$, we need apply for out boss, and he always be on business trip". My question is what does it take to get approval for the payment of an amount as small as $382 for a network company like Avazu? Is it really possible that Jack Ma boss has not been in the office for the past 1month and has been on business trip? To make matter worse, my affiliate manager no longer respond to my messages on skype. Finally, Avazu is not a good CPA network to work with, please stay away from them. Customers service from their end is zero, quality of their offers is very poor. Please stay away from this network.

Actually, it's a long story to tell so trip down and read.

It all started in June 2016 when we first met this company. I don't remember how exactly but after our request on their website, some guy from India added me on Skype. His name is Vinod (so in future you will know whom to avoid) and he is an Affiliate Manager of Indian Avazu branch.

The first impression was really strange because CPR campaigns with wrong landings that actually should be CPI with common AppStore or Google Play landings, were always included in lists that Vinod sent to us.

Their strange policy of $1000 minimum is reasonable when you have timings as well. In our case, there were no timings for reports or payments. After few months and 2 payments done, we switched to Weekly payment system…. But… I think you can guess… It never happened.

After 5 months or so, we found a huge difference between our platforms of $5000 and tried to figure out what happened. What we’ve got as a reply? –Oh, it’s our default redirecting tool. We will cover the difference.

But how? It’s not mentioned in IO or Terms & Conditions that redirecting tool if activated by default so they told they would like to cover this difference. Daft offers to make higher payout so they could cover the loss but it seems they just want to earn even more and finally just ignore us. Their Management system works weird because if your AM who established your account, is ignoring you, nobody else wouldn’t help you. Forget it!

We had a long discussion with Vinod and his Manager Vikash but what was the conclusion? Just illusionary promises to figure out this issue asap.

After reaching about $10000 they started to send reports with scrubs 60 and more days old that actually have no power anymore.

We also found few companies that had or have troubles with Avazu. I just want to inform other/new companies and independent publishers to avoid this company and especially Vinod and Vikash from Indian branch of Avazu.

P.S. Whoever wants details or screenshots/proofs of emails/messages/platforms and numbers, feel free to write on email or skype. We want to make this business transparent enough to get rid of such companies.

Great network at the begining,and while you're making them monies(like most networks),but,god forbit you hit a snag!! I am chasing a payment for 3 months , my am is extremely unresponsive, and,by what she says , she need permision from her manager(who also need permision from his,and so on) for every bloddy thing!
As for responsivness and support , i would have rated 0(zero) but there's only 1 in the tab.
An absolute joke !
Tracking in the platform,at least 1/2h delayed . The clicks you see them 10-15 mins after you send them,but the conversions , 30 mins later.As for passing them to your tracker,thats another 1/2 h dealy
My advice for whoever wants to join the : join them,but as soon as you hear a gossip about something, make sure you stop the traffic and get payed,then pack up!

1: my traffic from in app, ads format full screen of course KPI always 30-40%

2: I reached more 1000 usd from May and i have to wait more 42 days to get payment that is service of Avazu Holding

* qualify of traffic and payment delay 40 to 60 days. Maybe this is the last I working with Avazu

One of the leading mobile networks. I have been working with them for about 2 years and payments were always on time. I also like my AM at Avazu, he is awesome and always gives me great tips. :)

This network scammed me for 4306$.They didnt pay me for December earnings and they never provided reports about quality of leads.All they did is claim fraud.Avoid it at all cost!

This is a great network, with great customer service. My favorite thing about that it is their willingness to help you. I sent several emails which were promptly answered my affiliate manager Erin always. I would say it's a great Affiliate network just to sign up for as an affiliate, which is free.

APX is a excellent affiliate platform.They have lots of high payout mobile offers. If you are good at getting mobile traffic,these offers are the good choices.Their Minimum payment is little higher than others,but they always pay me on time.My AM is a warmhearted Chinese girl,she usually tell me how to promote their offers. So it is worth to try.
