Interview with Samrath Gupta from CPA Prosperity

It's time for another affiliate marketing interview, and this time we have Samrath Gupta. Samrath is the Affiliate Manager of One of the Best Affiliate Network Recently Voted in Top 20 By mThink 2016, CPA Prosperity. He was recently nominated for Best Affiliate Manager In The Industry by PMI Survey. Samrath is highly respected for his Job and Appreciated by most of his Affiliates and business partners who have worked with him. A Smart Entrepreneur, Founder of OfferBLU.com, Affiliate Himself from past 7 Years and a Tech lover! Samrath has been helping many newbies to step in CPA Industry by sharing his tricks and strategies.  

1. Hi Sam, it's been a while since your first interview on our site. So what are your great accomplishments in the last several years you are most proud of?

Hey Gao... Well Yea...It's been quite a long time since my first interview on AffPaying and within these years I've been Super Duper Busy in working and travelling mostly. Travelled and met many of my Affiliates in person in India and some affiliates who came to India for travelling and meeting purposes and we had great talk and started doing business! From past few months I've been working under the hood setting up a couple of ventures which I plan to announce Next Year ;) Stay Tuned For that :P Also I was able to setup OfferBLU, An Affiliate Offers Aggregator. OfferBLU is industries first Responsive Offers Search Engine which is super clean and very easy to use.  

2. Tell us a bit more about CPA Prosperity and what you do over there?

CPA Prosperity is a performance based Network (CPA) and I'm sure everyone reading this interview knows what CPA stands for. I'm Affiliate Manager here at CPA Prosperity and my main role is to Cater our Affiliates with everything they need to succeed and keep them satisfied ? I'm available mostly online via Skype and I reply to my emails within 24 hours so you can expect quick and swift response from me ;)  

3. There are so many affiliate networks out in the industry. What makes CPA Prosperity unique?

Honestly speaking, I won't say CPA Prosperity is a unique network but I will definitely say it is one of the BEST networks out of those hundreds of networks and I've solid reasons to backup my statement. Recently CPA Prosperity has won the TOP 20 Network listing by mThink Survey (A very well known survey) This alone speaks a lot. On our AffPaying review page you will barely see a negative comment made by any of our affiliates. Keeping our affiliates happy and satisfied is one of our main missions and we make sure we never fail in it!  

4. One way to keep affiliates happy is to pay them on time and faster. What steps has your network taken to ensure that your affiliates will be paid on time?

Very Well Said! In order to keep affiliates happy you definitely have to pay them on time and most of the time everyone needs quick payments like Weeklies or Bi-Monthly. We are very flexible with our payment terms and we don't really stick on certain criteria's like An Affiliate Must make $2000/Week to get paid weekly or so.. If Any Affiliate is doing good and traffic quality is good then we can easily put him/her on weeklies ;) PS: I give payout bumps too :P  

5. What kinds of offers are doing well right now for your network and publisher base?

Free Trial and Dating offers are our bread butter and we excel in these 2 verticals. Along with it we have many more verticals like Email Submit, Downloads, etc.. but we mainly focus on Free Trial and dating offers. One makes much more money with free trial offers then email submits or downloads, etc.. The normal Payout for Free Trial offers start from $30+ and can go upto $50 each trial! I see your grin there ;)  

6. What mistakes do you commonly see CPA Prosperity affiliates making? What advice would you give them/us?

Generally our Affiliates don't make mistakes or something as we have an easy to understand system and we are generally available mostly online via Skype/AIM or by email. However many times I receive emails and online messages where they find an offer page isn’t opening up for them. I want to tell them that it happens mainly because advertiser’s block other country access for their offers. For Example, An Offer allowing US as allowed traffic country won’t open outside of US. You may get redirected to a blank page or maybe to some other matching offer or so..  

7. In your experience, what are the three most critical elements to run a successful campaign?

I've been promoting CPA Offers from past few years myself and I noticed that there are a few things you must keep in mind If you want a successful ad campaign. Focus more on Copywriting! Copywriting helps in the long run and keeps your visitors hooked up with whatever you are promoting. You will never want to keep reading some rehashed stuff or just a bunch of text with no hooking point! Never stick at something which isn't working for you. If something is working for your GURU or Friend but not for you then don't wait for a week! Tweak your campaign until you get satisfactory results. You learn from your mistakes and that's how your friend or guru also learnt ? Everyone learns this way. I also had a bunch of failed campaigns and I learn from them. If you are running ads then make sure your images are relevant as using irrelevant images may increase your CTR but it may increase your bounce rate too. Use relevant images and relevant heading too which related to your landing page/articles body.  

8. What is HOT right now in this industry that you are seeing more affiliate marketers focusing their efforts on?

Free trial vertical is buzzing at the moment and most of the marketers are crushing it! The reason is simple. You get a handsome payout for just a trial which ranges from $30 to $50 and CTC is simply $1.95 or $4.95. It's a WIN-WIN situation for both the party.  

9. What is the one thing you love about your job as an affiliate manager and what is the one thing you hate the most?

Honestly speaking I love being an Affiliate Manager as you get to meet and talk to new people every single day and you build a lot of business relationship with new people and learn something new each day! However you know life never remains so smooth all the time. You meet fraudsters who try to scam huge and for that they build fake relationship which hurts sometimes. We can't do anything as its part of the job to deal with such people too ;)  

10. Do you still promote offers yourself? If Yes, Then what verticals you promote mainly?

Oh yea.. I do promote offers myself using SEO mainly and right now I'm playing with FB Ads and YouTube for running free trial offers. FB has been very restrict recently and I'm trying to stay and play by their guidelines without hurting my advertiser account. However SEO is a great source as it's a set and forget system for me. I love SEO so far but lets see how does FB ads perform.  

11. On CPA Prosperity page, We see a lot of good comments about you. How do you manage to keep all your Affiliates happy?

Haha.. Well.. I'm just too dedicated to my job and take out time to talk and help each and every Affiliate no matter If he is a $1000/Week guy or $100/week guy. I keep my affiliates on Super High priority and try to answer and solve their concern ASAP! At CPA Prosperity, We are highly dedicated to our partners and keeping them satisfied is utmost priority! This is the reason we have thousands of Loyal Affiliates and we are very thankful to them ?  

12. What are payment terms at CPA Prosperity and what one has to do to get Payout Bumps and faster payments?

We generally start our new affiliates with Monthly and once we see traffic coming and after the quality check If everything is good then we turn the publisher on Bi-Monthly. There are various filters for payout bumps in other networks but we are very flexible, In order to get payout bumps you must be sending good quality traffic and if everything is good then I won't mind giving pay bumps ;) This is another reason why my Affiliates love me haha…  

13. How long you have been working with CPA Prosperity?

Woaa.. Its been around 4 years! This September It will be 4 year exact! Time passes so quickly haha.. I'm highly grateful to the owners of CPA Prosperity. Mike And Phil are the Most Amazing Bosses one can get! Very friendly and understanding. I enjoy working with CPA Prosperity team as we have the best people on Board!  

14. As we know You are a Car And Tech Lover. You have any plans to buy any Car or Tech Gadget?

Oh man! You are hitting in the sweet spot haha… I recently bought an iPhone 6S and already own HTC One M7. I do have plans to buy a car this year and it will be a beast machine. I'm more of a SUV lover with luxury interiors :P Recently I bought myself a Sports Bike too..
