All affiliates would agree that a person who clicks a link from a chat bubble does not convert the same as someone clicking a banner ad. So, we are rolling out a whole new level of intelligence to our Smartlinks that now looks at traffic type.

After analyzing traffic sources, we realized that traffic specific to different browsing flows were behaving in a unique way. Traffic coming from pop-unders did not have the same purchase behavior as banner based traffic. We wanted to offer a new lean layer of personalization by optimizing for traffic specific to these entry flows.

Our Smartlinks will now take flow into account when pointing traffic to an offer. Our first rollout is on our Adult Smartlink Dating links.

1. When Do I Get My Payout?

We pay weekly every Wednesday during the day. The minimal payment amount is 50$.

Rules of payment:

1.Payments are generated from the results given at the end of Sunday for that given week. For example, the payment for a week period from the 11th till the 17th of July 2022 will be generated on the 17th of July 2022 and would be sent to you on the 20th of July 2022.

2.For the generation of payments you should add your payment details before 00.00 on Monday. You can add all your payment details in your Affiliate Panel Tab Settings – Tab Edit Payment Info.

"On hold": This status of payment means that your payment has been generated, but your traffic will first be checked in further detail. It is important to note that all new users have their payments on hold for seven days for the first payout.

“Pending”: This status of payment means that the payment has been formed and sent to the processing line. Following this, your payment will be sent to your provided payment details within 72 hours. Typically, this procedure takes no more than a few hours.

"Paid": This status of payment means that your payment has been successfully sent to your provided account.

What is EPM, EPC?

EPM. This is the unit of measure on our platform for the amount of funds for every 1000 hits.

EPM = revenue/hits*1000

EPC in simple terms measures the number of payments for CLICKS

EPC=revenue/clicks

Types of traffic

It is very important to choose the appropriate traffic type based upon the intended source of your traffic. The following traffic types can be selected in SmartLink settings:

Media buy - for purchased traffic

We don't accept any kind of motivated chat traffic. Kik and Snapchat are strongly forbidden.

Are there any restrictions on the traffic sources I can use?

Smartlink is the main webmaster's tool based on the work of artificial intelligence. First of all, you need to create a SmartLink. Once the Smartlink has been established, you can then direct your traffic to it. You don’t need any additional settings. Smartlink finds the best offers depending on the quality and geo of your traffic.

Are there any restrictions on the traffic sources I can use?

We don’t allow the use of incentive traffic, sms traffic and traffic considered fraudulent. We also don’t allow traffic from illegal porn sites/porn sites containing animals or minors. We also don’t accept traffic from POF and manhunt.net verticles.

2. Why Do I Only See One Link In "Smartlinks"?

We have one smartlink for all offers (currently more than 10,000) in each vertical (Dating, Casual Dating, Mainstream, Crypto, Gambling, Gay Dating, Cams, Male Enhancement). RoboPollo™, our unique traffic optimization algorithm, redirects each user to a particular offer, depending on certain characteristics (such as device, country, etc). This ensures optimal performance and maximizes earnings for our affiliates.

3. Why Do I Get Different Payments For The Same Country?

Payouts often vary depending on the user profile (Mobile, Desktop, OS, Device, etc.). Of course rates in general can also change from time to time.

4. What About Countries Which Are Not On The List?

Generally, we accept traffic from all countries. Because offers and their performance can change daily, the rates may also vary, especially for certain countries. We suggest you send some test traffic to experiment with rates for unlisted countries.

5. Is Reporting Real Time?

Yes, generally reports are updated in real time, but from time-to-time a small delay is possible.
