Do Not Work With Them! To be honest, it's the worst network that i have worked for.
Started working with them from April 2019, the Numbers in April, May, June are approved for many many days, But the April invoice was created in the last day in July. When i wanted to push the payment, my AM Willemijn told me they work on net30. That's funny, there is three net30 between April and July.
Now, the inovices are created,but my AM told me that she will block my account, haha.She told me that all my traffic is fraud, okay, fine, what i only want is the report for all offers from Adv, she didn't send me, only send me a screenshot of click ids, no words say 'fraud' in that screenshot, but i did see 'Paid' in it. Funny again?haha
No report, no payment, overdue invoices, that's my working experience with VIPResponse.
If you're not afraid losing your money, get to work with them!

We got seriously scammed by Gijs Liekens and his team at VIP Response, when they sent us almost a month of fake leads to our CBD trial campaigns.

We offered them to compensate our minimum cost, but they rudely refused any compensation, so we are now filing Mr. Gijs Liekens and the VIP Response company for financial fraud in France, Netherlands and Switzerland.

We've had an absolutely aweful experience with this lot. Prepaid them for leads, which we ended up deciding not to go forward with. Requested refund, and after being led from pillar to post by Adinda and Ian (who is extremely rude), eventually they offered us a repayment programme, which we refused. So then they just didn't pay us back at all. A few more months go by, and after threatening legal action, they eventually start on making some payments. But after 3 weeks, stopped paying again. Zero communication as to why they stopped. They don't bother replying to most emails. No initiative, no attempt at trying to maintain a healthy relationship with their paying customers.

We have commenced legal action to retrieve the balance due, which is a waste of everyone's time and money.

They were a scam in 2016 when I had Nadia as publisher and I they're a scam now.
Many of the trackers doesn't convert on sale, and I don't think you should believe the positive comments from 2018 as I did.

The only thing that's better now is the stoned happy support(my manager) Nick Sangers and Samuel Stellingwerf. Haha it's funny but I like them, I don't think they know that they are working for a scam company.

Why you shouldn't even try
- All good reviews here are after eachother with a range of 1-2 months?
- If you have an account you can see that 95% of the campaings has 0,00 in ecpc which means that none earned any money with those offers

- Someone created a website to sue them

- On the homepage they show us "Companies we’ve (they had) worked with" not any company that they are working with?

- Minimum payout is changed to 1.000 euro? Is i't really worth the risk to earn 1.000 euro before you know if you will get paid or not?

Beware of this publisher. we have signed an IO with them on May 2017 and prepaid them the $4150 for traffic in specific GEOs. They never delivered the traffic nor refunded the money. I have been chasing them since then (Gijs, Ian, Adinda) with no success. i am taking legal actions and anyone interested is welcome to contact me.

Great and reliable network with good-performing campaigns, they always pay on time if your traffic is of high quality. My AM Nick is a great and supportive guy, he alway helps me with every detail I ask him about, thank you! I like this network. :)

I got scared after i saw the negative reviews on this website, I didnt had a look in my stats for long time, but figured out I had also an open balance since 2016 and 2017. I emailed them and they said they had some issues last year but now all is resolved and the paid me directly the next day :)

Awful affiliate network. If you're lucky enough to get paid it will be long after you should've been. Looks like most people just dont get paid at all though.

Do Not Work with them. The company seems to be in financial trouble as payments have gotten worse until the point of not paying invoices from April 2017. My partners and I have over 5000 USD in pending invoices since April.

We heard their bank accounts are frozen so it's possible that they are already in some sort of lawsuit.

In any case their attitude is totally unprofessional and disrespectful, about the time of their affiliates and the time of their staff. It's much better for everyone to tell things straight and not make all of us lose time with bs.

This sector is small, what you give is what you will receive, in terms of attitude and professionalism.

*WARNING* Avoid this company - they do not pay their invoices.

We have had over £1600 approved by them many months ago, buy no payment has been made and support requests are simply ignored. We are currently pursuing debt collection/legal action.

Avoid - they are not trustworthy.

Like these other reviews, there are other affiliates that are owed thousands of dollars in non-payments from VIP Response. Promises have been made and payments are not forthcoming.

We are forming a group of affiliates who are still owed money and have not been paid by VIP Response, so that we can file a Class Action and collect the owed money for all affected affiliates.
