Honestly I’m surprised by all these reviews because the person they call the manager Andy Williams (on Telegram) is a horrible person. I answered all his questions and sent him all the proof and screen recordings yet he keeps asking for more every time. He’s also very rude he replies with just one word if you ask him a question.
He also asks for personal details like your national ID and even requests that you log into your accounts, which I think is far too personal and unprofessional. Even after sending him all that information, he still won’t approve anything. I’m starting to think it might be because of my race, because this behavior just isn’t normal.
The worst part is, he’s the only person you can contact. I don’t know if he runs this company alone or what, but I honestly believe most of the reviews here are fake.
