Most of the CPA Networks have Zip and Email Submits. EWA, FluxAds, Neverblue, Maxbounty and AzoogleAds all have plenty of these types of offers.

I would definitely recommend Peerfly if you are looking to see an increase in your cpa revenue. They have a huge inventory of offers, and I really have no trouble finding an offer I can promote.
