ITALeads is a solid choice. I joined the network a month ago but didn't get active until recently. They do weekly payouts and on a few occasions they did it nearly daily for good performance. Rahil's always on aim so he's easy to reach when I need new offers.

Signed up for this network 2 weeks ago. Was having trouble getting conversion and then talked to Zishan and he help me go the right direction. Now I'm getting a much better conversion rating with a great payout as well :) And its weekly!
