AdscendMedia, Wow, so much to say, the only legit company out there, after being scammed $25K from Cpalead, I went to Adscend, If your going in the wrong direction, they point you in the right direction and don't ban you.

I started using Adscendmedia few months back and i was amazed with their support and just in love with their support by affiliate managers and one of my old affiliate manager was the best person i have ever found on internet.
She also helped me out in achieving different tasks and helped me in every way and she was very much friendly.

I never had any issues regarding payments and they pay on time and don't even mind paying high amounts via paypal like other networks do. I successfully achieved Net15 payments and never delayed in paying me for Net15.

Joining AdscendMedia was the best decision I have made. They have by far the best epc amongst the content locking network I have work with. I have seen incentive offers performing around .30 - .40 epc for the past 3 days. Fehzan Ali is one the most hardworking and dedicated Affiliate Manager I have work with, just send him a msg on AIM and he will immediately respond to your needs. The tool that I find most useful in AdscendMedia is that their platform allows us to choose what and how many offers to show and not to show on the gateway.

Adscend Media has always paid on time and has some very competitive payouts. I have been with them for well over a year now and have been totally satisfied with the company. The only problem I've ever had was the site not loading with errors, "gateway timeout" but this was only the site interface. I have never had a problem with tracking or offers being down.
